An energetic workout that focusses on strengthening your body’s “powerhouse,” a term referring to your abdominals, low back, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. This fat-burning session is choreographed to upbeat music while focussing on flexibility and improving posture. Selected props (ball, ring and bands) are frequently used during the class to provide an added element of muscle activation and neuromuscular connection. Come prepared to learn and have fun!
